What every package includes

  • A crew on site that sets up, runs and packs down the stream. You don't need a tech volunteer.
  • Setup time. We arrive early, test the picture, sound and internet, and go live on time. Setup is part of the price, not a separate fee.
  • Streaming to the platform you choose: YouTube, Facebook or a private link.
  • Sound taken from the venue's microphones or soundboard when available.
  • A recording of the full stream after the event.

Add-ons

Extra hours, extra cameras, bonded cellular internet when venue Wi-Fi is weak, a second location on the same day, highlight edits, custom graphics and a USB copy of the recording are all available. We price them into your quote.

What changes the price

  • Number of cameras. One camera shows the main view. Two or three cameras let viewers see the speaker, the audience and wide shots, and need a second operator or a director.
  • Length of the event. One Angle covers up to 3 hours live. Longer events add time.
  • Internet at the venue. A strong wired connection costs nothing extra. If it isn't available, we add bonded cellular, which combines several mobile networks into one connection.
  • Graphics and remote speakers. Branded graphics, slides and remote presenters move an event into the Three Angle or Broadcast package.
  • Multiple locations. Moving to a second site on the same day adds to the quote.

What you provide

  • A spot for the camera with a clear view, usually at the back or side of the room.
  • A standard power outlet near the camera position.
  • Venue internet details, or permission for us to test the connection beforehand. A wired connection is most reliable.
  • A contact at the venue on the day, and a run of show or schedule.
  • For private streams, the list of people who should get the link. We send it to you to share.

How booking works

  1. Request a quote. Tell us the date, venue, event type and how many hours you need. We reply with a fixed price.
  2. Confirm. A deposit holds your date.
  3. Venue check. We check the room, power and internet.
  4. Your link. You get your viewing link in advance so you can share it.
  5. Event day. We arrive early to set up, test and go live.
  6. After. You receive the recording.

Book as early as you can, especially for graduations and peak-season weddings. Funerals and memorials are often arranged within a few days, so call as soon as the date is set.

Hiring a crew vs. doing it yourself

A phone on a tripod costs nothing and can work for a small, casual event. The common problems are poor sound, a dropped connection, and no one watching the stream while it runs. A professional stream is worth it when the event happens once and family, members or attendees can't be there in person: a funeral, a wedding, a graduation, a conference.

For churches that stream every week, buying a system and training volunteers can cost less over a year than hiring a crew. We also set up systems and train church teams.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to live stream a funeral in Sacramento?

Our Memorial Stream is $850. It includes one camera, up to 2 hours on site, a private viewing page and a recording.

Is setup included in the price?

Yes. Every package includes setup, testing and pack-down. The price you see is the price for the event, not an hourly rate plus a setup fee.

What if the venue doesn't have good internet?

We test the connection before the event. If it's weak or missing, we add bonded cellular, which combines several cellular networks into one connection.

Can viewers watch without an account or app?

Yes. Viewers can watch an unlisted YouTube link or a private link in any web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

Do I get a recording?

Yes. Every package includes a recording of the full stream. The Three Angle package also includes a separate recording from each camera.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can, especially for graduations and peak-season weddings. Funerals can often be arranged within a few days.

What's the difference between One Angle and Three Angle?

One Angle uses one camera with one view. Three Angle uses three cameras and a live director who switches between them, plus branded graphics and your slides, so it looks like a TV broadcast.
