About San Jose
Local context for your plan
San Jose is the largest city in the South Bay, with downtown conference settings, business campuses, and neighborhood venues. Multi-room programs need an agenda and room list so camera crews, audio feeds, and broadcast requirements can be scoped correctly.
For business and campus programs, arrange crew entry, presentation-feed access, and a venue AV contact. Confirm whether sessions overlap or use separate rooms. A live stream needs a suitable connection at the event site, even in a technology-focused region.
Based in Sacramento, we plan highlight videos for San Jose events as a service area. We confirm availability, crew, and venue requirements per event.
